Girişimcilik; bir işletmenin kurulması, yönetsel süreçlerin işletilmesi, üretim ve pazarlamaya yönelik tüm risklerin üstlenilmesi gibi, bir işin kurulması ve yürütülmesine ilişkin faaliyetler bütünü olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Kaynaklarını riske ederek iş üretme, faktörleri bir araya getirerek ürün ortaya koyma ve pazarlama anlamında girişimcilik, fiili işgücü ve beyin gücü sahibi olan bir üretim faktörü olarak insanın, aynı zamanda tüm faktörleri bir araya getirebilen üstün yanının ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Girişimciliğin önemi temelde iki bakış açısıyla incelenebilir. Bunlardan birincisi bireyin özyetkinliğine katkısı, diğeri de bireysel ve toplumsal yararlarıdır. Bireyin özyetkinlik ve gelişimi bakımından girişimciliğin önemi; insanın uçsuz bucaksız yeteneklerinin ortaya çıkarılması, insanın kendini hatırlaması ve kendisine bir fırsat vermesi olarak ifade edilebilir. Girişimciliğin bireysel ve toplumsal yarar bakımından önemi ise; bireylere iş sağlaması, kendi işlerinin patronu olma ayrıcalığını kazandırması ve farklı heyecanların çözüm sürecine katılmasını sağlaması ile açıklanabilir. Girişimcilik düzeyi kavramı bu çalışmada, girişimcinin kendi işini ne ölçüde yürüttüğü, işin başkalarına delege edilip edilmediğini ifade etmektedir. Girişimcilik eğilimi bireylerin gelecek dönemlerde yatırım yapma düşüncelerini veya niyetlerini ifade etmektedir. Sosyal çevre desteği ise; girişimcinin bir yatırımda bulunurken veya bunu sürdüreceği esnada kendisine katkı sağlayacak, yardım edecek, belli süreçleri takip edecek yakın çevresinin olması beraberinde müşteri potansiyeli sağlayacak bir sosyal çevrenin varlığının önemini ortaya koyan bir kavramdır. Girişimcilik düzeyi, sosyal çevre destek düzeyi, girişimcilik eğilimi ve girişimcinin sağlık durumu arasında ilişki olduğu değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; girişimcilerin sağlık durumu, girişimcilik düzeyi, girişimcilik eğilimi ve sosyal destek düzeyi arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konmasıdır. Bunun için TR90 bölgesinde bir ilin küçük sanayi sitesindeki girişimcilerle yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle veriler derlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular SPSS 23.0 programında analiz edilmiştir. Değişkenler arasında doğru yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilecek bulguların ilgililere, sektöre ve araştırmacılara katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

Registration of Relationship Among Entrepreneur Healthcare and Social Support Level with Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Propensity: A Small Industrial Site Application in TR90

Entrepreneurship is defined as the totality of activities related to the establishment and execution such as the establishment of a business, the operation of administrative processes, assumption of all risks with respect to production and marketing of a business. Entrepreneurship means, generating business resources by risk, to product launch and marketing by bringing together the factors of production. At the same time is revealed of the superior aspect that all the factors can bring together that owns the actual labor as a production factor and human brain power. The importance of entrepreneurship can be examined from the perspective of the two basically. The first of these is the individual's self-competence contribute to what the other individual and social benefits. The importance of entrepreneurship in terms of development and the individual's self-competence; the uncovering of the vast capabilities of people, and she give him a chance to remember the man himself can be expressed as. The importance of entrepreneurship in terms of individual and social benefit can be explained by the different emotions; providing business individuals, the privilege of being the boss of your own business to win in the solution process and to ensure participation. Entrepreneurship Level concept in this study, the extent to which the entrepreneur conducts his or her own business, whether the business is delegated to others. Entrepreneurial tendency refers to the thoughts or intentions of individuals to invest in the future. Social environment support is a concept that demonstrates the importance of the presence of a social environment that will contribute to the entrepreneur while making an investment or while he / she will continue to do so, will help him / her, will follow certain processes and will have a close environment with a customer potential. It is considered to be relationship among entrepreneurship level, level of social environment support, entrepreneurship tendency and health status of the entrepreneur. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship among the health status of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship level, entrepreneurship tendency and social environment support level. For this purpose, data were compiled by face-to-face survey with entrepreneurs in the small industrial site of a province in the tr90 region. The findings were analyzed in SPSS 23.0 program. The findings of the study that may be obtained as a result is expected to contribute interested parties, to industry and researchers.
