Natural disasters and man-made disasters in recent years have influenced the agenda of disaster management. The concepts of humanitarian logistics and disaster logistics that emerged in this sense include the management of supply chain processes before and after disasters. These topics have been frequently examined in the literature and discussed by academicians. Research focusing on the situation of vulnerable individuals in disasters has been the focus of this study. The concept of vulnerable individuals is defined by the European Union as individuals with disabilities, elderly, physically or mentally ill, etc. A literature search was conducted in the Scopus database using specific keywords. The studies obtained were examined using the VOSviewer program. At the end of the review, the studies were grouped into three clusters and a detailed bibliographic coupling analysis was presented. The study will draw attention to the subject and provide a basis for future studies.
