Giresun 2. Organize Sanayi Bölgesindeki İşletmelerin, Tersine Lojistik Açısından Ekonomik Performanslarının Değerlendirilmesi

Küreselleşme sonucunda tüm sektörler yeni kavramlarla karşılaşmışlardır. Değişen müşteri istek ve ihtiyaçları çevresel hassasiyet açısından da kendini göstermiş ve tersine lojistik faaliyetleri önem kazanmıştır. Bu gelişme sonucunda işletmeler lojistik hizmetlerin geleneksel faaliyetlerden ibaret olmadığını anlamışlar ve rekabet avantajı elde etme stratejileri ekseninde lojistik sürecindeki yenilikleri uygulamaya başlamışlardır. Tersine lojistik sürecinde işletmelerin performansını etkileyen çeşitli kriterler bulunur. Bunlardan birisi de ekonomik performans kriterleridir. Bu kapsamda yaptığımız çalışmada Giresun 2. organize sanayi bölgesindeki işletmelerin, tersine lojistik açısından ekonomik performanslarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden FUCOM yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler işletmelerdeki lojistik departmanında çalışan yöneticilerle yüz yüze görüşülerek elde edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre işletmelerin, tersine lojistik açısından ekonomik performanslarını etkileyen en önemli kriter (0,384) ‘lik bir oranla taşıma maliyeti en önemsiz kriter ise iyileştirilmiş müşteri hizmetleri (0,050) olarak bulunmuştur.

Evaluation of Economic Performance of Enterprises in Giresun 2nd Organized Industrial Zone in Terms of Reverse Logistics

As result of globalization, all sectors have encountered new concepts. Changing customer demands and needs have also shown themselves in terms of environmental sensitivity and reverse logistics activities have gained importance. As a result of this development, businesses have realized that logistics services do not consist of traditional activities and have started to implement innovations in the logistics process in the axis of strategies to gain competitive advantage. There are various criteria that affect the performance of enterprises in the reverse logistics process. One of them is economic performance criteria. In this context, it is aimed to evaluate the economic performance of enterprises in Giresun 2nd organized industrial zone in terms of reverse logistics. The FUCOM method, one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods, was used in the study. The data used in the study were obtained by face-to-face interviews with the managers working in the logistics department of the enterprises. According to the data obtained as a result of the study, the most important criterion affecting the economic performance of the enterprises in terms of reverse logistics was found to be the most important criterion (0.367), while the least important criterion was the improved customer service (0.048).
