Toplama yapılacak depoların özellikleri; Depo 1: Her bir katta uzunluğu 70 metre olan 30 adet koridor bulunmaktadır. Toplam 5 kat vardır. Depo 2: Her bir katta uzunluğu 20 metre olan 17 adet koridor ile uzunluğu 40 metre olan 18 adet koridor bulunmaktadır. Toplam 5 kat vardır. Toplam kapalı depo alanı 62.500 m²’dir. 70.000.000 ürün depolanabilmektedir. Farklı perakende markalarının e-ticaret kanalıyla satılan ürünleri (çoğunluğu tekstil ve ayakkabı) bu depo içerisinden toplanıp, paketlenip, sevk edilmektedir. Bu proje ile toplama personelinin her bir sipariş için farklı stok saklama gözü alanlarına en kısa sürede ulaşmasını sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amacı sağlamak için ürün yerleştirme, sipariş gruplama ve toplama rotalama problemlerinin birlikte ele alınması optimum toplama süresine ulaşmamızı sağlayacaktır.

Order Grouping and Picking Optimization Project

Features of the warehouses to be collected; Warehouse 1: There are 30 corridors their length is 70 meters on each floor. There are 5 floors in total. Warehouse 2: There are 17 corridors their length is 20 meters and 18 corridors their length is 40 meters on each floor. There are 5 floors in total. Total closed warehouse area is almost 62.500 m². 70.000.000 products can be stored. Products of different retail brands (mostly textiles and shoes) sold via e-commerce channels are collected from this warehouse, packaged and shipped. With this project, it is aimed to ensure that the picking staff to reach different storage areas for each order as soon as possible. To achieve this goal, we consider the stocking, order grouping and picking routing problems together, that's way we will enable to reach the optimum picking time.
