E-Ticaret Dağıtımlarında Akıllı Lojistik Faaliyetleri ve Otonom Araçların Kullanımı

Günümüzde bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişimiyle ve kullanımının artmasıyla yaşanan dijital dönüşüm, etkisini her alanda göstermektedir. Bu çerçevede e-ticaret şirketleri hizmet süreçlerinde etkinliği arttırmak için teknolojik altyapılarını geliştirmekte, veri ve malzeme akışında akıllı lojistik faaliyetlerinden yararlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı e-ticaret dağıtım sisteminde otonom araçların kullanımının iş süreçlerine etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmada öncelikle akıllı lojistik faaliyetlerinin kapsamına ve e-ticaret sektöründe kullanım alanlarına değinilmiş, ardından bir uygulama örneğiyle e-ticaret gönderilerinin dağıtımında otonom araç operasyonları ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda dağıtım operasyonlarının planlama ve uygulama aşamalarına değinilerek sistemin geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.

Smart Logistics and Use of Autonomous Vehicles in E-Commerce Distributions

The digital transformation, which is experienced with the development and use of information and communication technologies today, shows its effect in every field. In this context, e-commerce companies develop their technological infrastructures to increase efficiency in service processes and benefit from smart logistics activities in data and material flow. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of the use of autonomous vehicles in the e-commerce distribution system on business processes. In the study, first of all, the scope of smart logistics activities and their usage areas in the e-commerce sector were mentioned, then autonomous vehicle operations in the distribution of e-commerce shipments were discussed with an application example. In this context, the planning and implementation stages of distribution operations are mentioned and suggestions for the development of the system are presented.
